We are first time buyers so inexperienced in mortgages and insurance etc. Our advisor Matt Collinson has made the process easy, understandable and enjoyable from our first call through to receiving our formal mortgage offer today. Everything was done by telephone call and some were late evenings and Saturdays to suit us. We can’t believe how simple it’s been to get everything in place. We have also dealt with Lianne and Jane in the mortgage submission team who have also been great in all our conversations and emails.
